
Casting Manager at the Fondazione Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, where he coordinates the selection of artists for productions in collaboration with the Artistic Directorate and the Superintendent, while also managing relationships with professionals and institutions in the national and international opera scene.
From 2015 to 2024, he served as Head of Opera, Symphony Programming, and Casting at the Fondazione Teatro Massimo in Palermo.
He has also collaborated with the Teatro Real in Madrid (2019–2020) as a Casting Consultant and, from 2006 to 2014, was part of the Artistic Department at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, where he oversaw programming, fundraising for private members, and numerous special projects, including international tours of the orchestra and chorus across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America.
He holds a degree in Music and Performing Arts, pursued musicology studies at the University of Salzburg, and completed a course in Performing Arts Management at the A. Scarlatti Conservatory.
He began his career as a journalist, publishing over two hundred articles and musical reviews in newspapers and specialized magazines, and conducting interviews with renowned figures such as Claudio Abbado, Riccardo Muti, Georges Prêtre, Maurizio Pollini, and Mirella Freni.
