The “Giulio Neri” International Opera Competition was created to celebrate the art of opera singing and to support young talents from all over the world. Dedicated to the great Verdian bass Giulio Neri, the competition is a unique opportunity for aspiring singers to test themselves with the challenges of the opera repertoire, meet industry experts, and be discovered by the public and professionals of the international music scene.
Torrita di Siena, with its historical and cultural charm, becomes the ideal stage for this event every year, offering a warm and unique atmosphere to both participants and spectators.
The “Giulio Neri” Competition is not just a contest, but also a path of artistic growth: meetings with conductors and opera professionals enrich the experience of the contestants, turning their participation into an opportunity for training and greater visibility.
